In December 2017, the Escadron de soutien technique aeronautique (ESTA) 15.004 Haute Marne (aeronautic technical support squadron) based on BA113 Saint-Dizier celebrated its 10th anniversary.
For the event, the Rafale B n 349 4-FP received a special tail, designed by Regis Rocca, it represents the colors of the squadron, inherited from the Ests 2E.007 (GERMAS) operating then on Jaguar and Alpha Jet.
ESTA 15.004 Haute-Marne bringing together no less than 600 men and women, provides technical support, maintenance and implementation of the entire Rafale fleet based in Saint-Dizier, these shared between the different squadrons.
