Barracuda Studios - 1/48 Hawker Typhoon, Tempest Series I Wheel Set. This set consists of a pair of super detailed, accurate mainwheels and tailwheel as fitted to most Hawker Typhoons & Series 1 Tempest Mk.Vs. This set replaces the old Typhoon wheel set BR 48043, which is now discontinued. Improved pattern making technology and better reference has yielded new wheels that are just slightly more accurate and detailed. Tire beading, logo and size data are now featured, as well as a slightly more accurate front and rear hub. A nifty tailwheel casting is included. This set is designed to fit all 1/48 Typhoon and Tempest kits. (designed to be used with Eduard and Hasegawa kits)
